Our unit recently acquired a service dog called Madison. Madison is very helpful and comforting to any victimized person, especially children, and is a great addition to our unit. Chad is on the left, Madison is in the middle and our VSU Coordinator, Adonus is on the right.
Like most non-profit agencies, obtaining the money to deliver our services is always a challenge. We were pleasantly surprised when Chad Jackson of Just for Pets, www.just4pets.ca , offered us free dog food for Madison – for her life!
Our unit is very grateful to Chad for his generosity and encourage pet owners to support such a great, community-minded business. Thanks again Chad for your contribution to helping people victimized by crime or= sudden death in our community!
