Bernie Carriere was, by all reports, a fine man who was dedicated in the service of others. Two Lethbridge Rotary Club members were recognized today for their decades long commitment to service as Bernie Carriere Legacy Award recipients. Congratulations to Geri Hecker and Barrie Orich.
