Rotary helping Girls on the Move… you can too!

Memory (pictured above with President Murray) shared her story about the differences the APU Malawi School is making in the lives of girls / young women in Malawi.

Rotary has enjoyed a decade long relationship with the APU School.  The school is very near completion.  Upon completion the school will be self-sufficient.  Today our cub provided another $5,000. to move this goal forward.  Plus two individual Rotarians Dennis Chinner and Gerry Colburn donated another $760 each.

Would you like to make an investment in this life changing school?  It is really easy – go here http://www.malawigirlsonthemove.com/finish-the-school/#.W7KGcRNKjv0

Also, two Rotarians were honoured today with Paul Harris fellowships.  Congratulations to U of L President Mike Mahon and Kelli-Rae Ennis from TMH Consulting.  Between them is Rotarian Extrordinaire , Mandy Dececco – Kolebaba, who made the presentation.
