The Alberta Government has announced it will begin reviews of two distinct areas relating to workplace legislation in the coming weeks, the Employment Standards Code and Labour Relations Code and they are looking for input from business owners and employees from across the province.
On Thursday, March 30th the Lethbridge Chamber of Commerce will be hosting a Town Hall discussion to educate its members about the issues that are at stake. The issues are wide ranging and will affect every single business owner in the province, from the smallest proprietorship to the largest corporation.
Invitations to all Chamber members will be forthcoming and we encourage everyone who can to come out, get educated on the issues, and let your voice be heard.
